Cupcakes are becoming a very popular choice when it comes to wedding cakes as everyone gets their own to take (as an alternative to bonbonniere) or as an easy dessert to plate (so you don’t get hit with extra cost from you reception centre to cut & serve your cake). Our different flavours include, lavish choc mud cake, decadent white choc mud cake, white choc and raspberry cake, jaffa mud cake, choc mint crisp mud cake, cherry ripe mud cake, caramel mud cake, mocha mud cake, carrot cake, red velvet cake, lemon butter cake, gluten free choc hazelnut cake, gluten free orange & almond cake, gluten free jaffa cake, traditional fruit cake, choc beetroot cake, coconut fruit cake, mocha sponge, choc sponge, lemon and lavender, turkish delight and mint or orange and rosewater. These flavours can be done in cupcake style or the traditional tiered wedding cakes.
We also specialise in croquembouches and can do any size tower to suit your occaision. Our smallest tower can hold between 50 – 60 profiteroles, the next size holds about 80 profiteroles and our largest tower can hold 160 profiteroles. If you require more than this we do box up extra for the kitchen to serve to your wedding guests.
