Mandy’s love for music began as a child when she blew her first notes on the saxophone and played her first keys on the piano. From here on Mandy has wrestled with her passion for music, not knowing which direction she wanted to take it.

Frequenting the rave scene during her teenage years and working part time in Central Station Records further intensified this love. Mandy quickly became an avid record collector and bought a pair of turntables instead of a car when she was 16!

The natural progression to DJing came when she was nearly 18, at the legendary Fuel Bar where she soon moved on to promoting and coordinating the music for the venue. Residencies all over Perth followed; The Captain Stirling, The Queens, The Como, Hyde Park Hotel, The Glasshouse, GBT, Mustang Bar, Phillimores, The Clink, The Rosemount, The Globe, AMbar and eventually Mandy achieved her dream of playing at Geisha where she became a resident for 2 years. She has been involved in Minimal Exposure gigs, the Beat Suite with Micah and Sharif Galal, Full Frequency and Rhythm Trippin’ on RTR and has featured on Triple J mix up, to name a few she can remember!

Since moving down to Margaret River, Mandy held a regular slot in Dunsborough at The Cape Wine Bar, and Malt Market (now known as The Pourhouse). She enjoyed playing sets at Gnarabar in Prevelly/Gnarabup, and also BoHo Bar in town, and looks forward to it soon reopening under the direction of Anthony Janssen.

She has also played at Settlers Tavern, Gnarabar, The Goose in Busselton and Caves House in Yallingup. She was involved in The Margaret River Food and Wine Festival, providing the music for the Street Fiesta barrel racing, and the Semillon and Seafood weekend for Aravina Estate.

Moving to Dunsborough in April 2012 with the vision of focusing more on her music, Mandy looks forward to lots of great house parties, weddings, nights full of dancing under the vines at The Cape Wine Bar while keeping things funky and warm at The Pourhouse over the coming month
